MARBELLA HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION SPRING COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE MARCH 22nd and 23rd 2025   Marbella Vineyards Homeowners - Our Spring Time Community Garage Sale is coming up!  Now’s your chance to unload items you’re no longer using and send them along to their next home. March 22nd and 23rd – 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM *what you don’t sell on Saturday you can try again on Sunday! If all else fails and you have items left, that following week is “Bulk Trash” to you can leave it for the Town to pick it up.

Chickens are not permitted in Marbella Vineyards HOA Hello Homeowners,We continue to have members of the community inquiring about keeping chickens in their backyards based upon a new law that allows chickens in backyards under  certain circumstances.  The HOA Board of Directors at Marbella Vineyards has confirmed with an HOA attorney that the new law, A.R.S. § 11-820.04, does not supersede a planned community associations’ declaration of restrictions, such as the Marbella Vineyards Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (“Declaration”).Section 4.4 of The Declaration prohibits fowl and poultry on Lots.  There are no exceptions.  Fowl and poultry include chickens.  Therefore, chickens cannot be kept in the back yards of any Lots in Marbella Vineyards. Thank you.

    We encourage all Owners that want to volunteer and voice their input to attend the homeowner forum section of the meeting. Please refer to the events section of this website for meeting dates and times.

  • Can I change the exterior of my property?

    All new construction and all exterior changes to existing or new structures, including landscaping, must be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Committee prior to the commencement of work.

  • If I need to drain or backwash my pool, where can I drain the water to?

    All water as a result of draining or backwashing a pool must be retained on the individual lot. You can contact the Town of Gilbert to ascertain if it permissible to allow water to be drained from the pool into your sewer clean out line.
