Marbella Vineyard HOA - Committee Openings
Marbella Vineyards HOA has openings on its Landscape Committee and Finance Committee. Those interested owners should fill out the information requested below and send to Heywood Management at hello@heywoodmanagement.com by August 8, 2025. Landscape Committee - those persons interested should provide their name, address, email, and phone number along with a short paragraph on why they are interested and any experience they may have in this area. Finance Committee - those interested persons should provide their name, address, email, phone number and experience/qualifications. It is expected that Committee members have finance and budgeting knowledge, have reviewed and understand the last Marbella Reserve Study (found on the Heywood website for Marbella) as well as being proficient in Excel. Marbella Vineyards 2025 Election Results
At the 2025 Annual Meeting held April 14, 2025 the election results were communicated. 104 ballots were received for Board member elections and 106 ballots were received for the Parking issue. 64 votes were required to meet quorum. After a review of eligible voters, and an independent count of the ballots, the results are: Board Member Election Results: Shelley Faigle and Donnie Bowser will fill the two open 3-year Board terms. Shelley Faigle 66 votes, Donnie Bowser 67 votes, and Jason Guararra 57 votes. Parking Election Result: Marbella Vineyards HOA will retain the right to regulate public roadways within the Association, as further set forth in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. 70 “Yes” votes, 31 “No” votes Marbella Vineyards’ CC&R’s 4.22 Parking states: “Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, vehicles of all Owners and Residents, and of their employees, guests and invitees, are to be kept in garages or other parking areas designated or approved by the Declarant of the Board; provided, however, the foregoing shall not be construed to permit the parking or storing in the above described areas of any vehicle whose parking or storage in the Project is otherwise prohibited herein. The Association Rules may permit temporary parking on streets or other Project areas for public or private social event or other permitted activities.”

We encourage all Owners that want to volunteer and voice their input to attend the homeowner forum section of the meeting. Please refer to the events section of this website for meeting dates and times.

Can I change the exterior of my property?
All new construction and all exterior changes to existing or new structures, including landscaping, must be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Committee prior to the commencement of work.

If I need to drain or backwash my pool, where can I drain the water to?
All water as a result of draining or backwashing a pool must be retained on the individual lot. You can contact the Town of Gilbert to ascertain if it permissible to allow water to be drained from the pool into your sewer clean out line.
